Small winch and Twin Jammer's / Clutches for halyard & topping lift

Going to lead the halyard and topping lift back on Arrow.

Looking for some good used jammers and 7 to 10 size winch.

not really fussy on the winch brand or size but a twin jammer set up would be perfect
