Can anyone recommend a simple, preferably free, program to use for recording the results of dinghy race series (class and PY handicap; RYA scoring system)? Must be self-contained and not require internet access.
HAL, SailWave, Sail100 have proved too complex for occasional users, probably because they allow too many options for race formats, handicap systems etc.
