Now that Watchet seems to be on the mend doesn’t seem to much to say on here.

On another matter, II’m pleased to say that the good folk at Cardiff Bay Yacht Club have accepted my application to become a member!
Looking forward to some apres boating social time in the bar and the odd Sunday lunch.
Andi (swmbo) and me are really looking forward to it.
Might even try to learn to sail?
Now, where’s the summer!

The water that comes down the rivers Severn, Wye, Avon and others is so dirty it has to be taken away for cleaning every day. That explains why it's so low!

You are making me homesick for the Bristol Channel. Knew where I was with that.

Of course it was mostly frantically trying to get off mooring and down tide before it all turned to run the other way - but my mind has blurred such memories
