Putting a SIB in at Putney on Friday if the weather is fair. Seems like lots of work going on there with a sewer project and saw this. Is that just the side slipway outside Chas Newens?

Is parking on the slipway upstream by all the rowing clubs free? Seems to be a single yellow but if parked on the water side of that actually on the slip? Friday so guess the clubs won't be busy and low tide trip so car should be ok.

About time they cleared all the Chas Newens vehicles and junk off that slip way!

They have used it as their own private slipway since it was built.

If you are struggling to park go right up to the north end of the Embankment near the park where you get into a different controlled parking zone (A5) and the restrictions are not quite as severe.

Brilliant. I had a look on google street view before and saw it was all permit holders only by the park but just looked again and saw it is only from 9.30 to 10.30 AM, small letters. I guess that stops the commuter parking and the fear of flooding keeps the rest of the non-tide savvy people away.
