OSR and Manual Bilge Pump Regs

Hello everyone, we're just in the final stages of prepping for Round Ireland and we've been going through the Offshore Sailing Regs to check everything, but would like some clarification on '3.23.1 b) two permanently installed manual bilge pumps, one operable from above, the other from below deck.'. Where it states 'manual' do they mean permanently installed manually switched electric pumps or permanently installed non-electric manual pumps? We do have electric permanently installed bilge pumps along with a portable manual pump, but we'd like to check to see if electric pumps are ok

They mean proper, non electric manual pumps.

There was an error with the CAT4 regs which has the 200lt/min pump in them

This is correct on the master but not on the smaller so be aware! we were about to buy a big pump
