Osmosis treatment

I expect this subject has been'done to death' on this site,but let me tell you a story.Sitting comfortably ? then I'll begin. I purchased a westerly 33 in Jan 2000 which as part of the deal had a wessex system osmosis treatment re-done following a previous treatment 18 months earlier( surveyor found high moistures and other defects).I now find that after only 9 months in the water the surveyor is recommending that the job be re-done again for the same reasons. has anybody had similar problems with Wessex ressins??

Have heard that there can be a problem if the hull is not completly dried out before epoxy treatment in that moisture cannot then get out so remains a wet boat. One suggestion given is that instead of re doing the whole hull, treat it like you would a bit of rotton wood on a wooden boat - cut out the blister and do that bit. If it isn't blistering leave well alone.
