Oil bath air filter housing for Gardner 4LW

Looking for an air filter for my Gardner 4LW, I am struggling to find one. It is a 4" diameter pipe for this 5600cc marine engine, and I am hoping to find an oil bath type, the one in the pic would be ideal.

Are you looking for a functioning air filter or has it to be vintage ?.I have a modern paper element one with 4"
inlet which has only done test hours ex John Deere 4.5 ltr
