I just bought a Sadler 25 fin keeler, she’s sitting in her own cradle at Holyhead. I will be launching her and sailing her round to Lymington at end of this month which leaves me with the question of what to do with the cradle! I believe it does disassemble into car/van sized bits but I personally don’t want the hassle of hauling it down to Lymington where presumably it’ll cost me an arm & a leg to store it. A link to the manufacture is The Yacht Leg and Cradle Company - Yacht Legs - Yacht Cradles - Boat Stands. the model is the TCS. I see it costs £1500 new (this one is 3 years old I believe).I don’t know anymore about it than what you read in the link.

And a video of how it assembles

For anyone looking for a cradle this must be a snip at £400. Please bear in mind you MUST be flexible about collecting it, essentially, you CAN’T collect it until I put my boat into the water even if my launch gets delayed for whatever reason.

Well done - you got a bargain!
It does genuinely break down, and I can fit mine entirely into my car, but my car is a Fiat Doblo half van with a wheelchair ramp. You'll need a 24mm spanner as well as, I think, 19mm.
