I did wonder when they would mention Teddington.
One wonders what excuse would be reasonable and whether a pleasure boater would be able to gain passage.
I have no intention of doing so as boat is much further up the River but still quite intriguing as they do not appear to have actually closed the lock.
As I understand it the Thames is a PRN waterway all the way to Lechlade but I guess the Coronavirus bill must have enabled this to be bypassed at least temporarily.
Still no sign of the PLA activating the emergency draw off at Richmond as yet.
