Hi Folks

Does anyone know if the Nasa Clipper Echo sounder will work with a old Seafarer transducer?

No, but if you have both items anyhow why not connect the two and see what happens.

Lots of other folk may be interested in the result of your experiments, keep up posted!

Pretty sure both are 150kHz

My old Seafarer 3 is and as far as I have been able to discover the Nasa clipper one is too .. your manual will verify that for you.

I can confirm that an old Seafarer transducer works fine with later NASA digital echosounders, and vice versa presumably.

Mine does.
I had a spare Seafarer sounder so plugged it into a NASA transducer as a back up.
It works fine.
