Best of luck. The lease on my 23m berth in Antibes is coming to an end this year and I've been looking around for a berth to rent or lease myself. Antibes want a cool €980k for another 20yrs for the same berth and even if I had that kind of money lying around I wouldnt pay that ridiculous price although rumour has it that plenty of people have been willing

Just saw your message about Vauban. I have a 24m berth there too (for a 22m boat) and like you have been quoted £50k pa for a new 10/20 year lease.

So....it’s time to move on! Going to be an interesting project for the summer ; I’m thinking maybe Corsica or the Tuscan coast for a change of scenery! So many places to think about, but on the other hand mostly little or no availability at those places!
