I’ve picked up an HP-33a second hand. The o oh problem I have is that it seems to frequently drop the end off the yacht name. Characters 16 onwards. I d tried resetting everything. Cleared factory reset, mmsi reset. In various orders. It seems when it first gets power it sometimes misreads yachtname from non volatile memory. This could be a software bug. No idea how old the unit is. Versions are ais v1.2, main v2.0, boot v1.0. Any thoughts? Might try firmware upgrade. Having trouble finding the original link. Thanks
