We are currently locked down with quite severe restrictions on movement ashore.
However I've just watched a British Yacht on AIS complete a none stop passage along the Costa del Sol from Alcaidesa (Near Gibraltar) to Almunecar over a couple of days. I would be interested to know how she got away with this.

No problem if she keeps sailing - only when she tries to enter.

There have been a number of Tall ships on AIS making their way from Portugal towards Northern Europe over the past few days, Dutch, French, Swedish and Polish. There's a Dutch vessel crossing Lyme Bay at the moment
It appears that many people, with or without boats, have been allowed to leave in order to go home. It remains to be seen what sort of reception awaits them if they have been in heavily infected places.
