Kingsferry Bridge

Since building the new road bridge over the Swale, we were hoping the old railway bridge would open for us with reasonably short waiting periods. Alas there has been a few niggles reported to us. Has anyone else had a bad experience anytime this season, and any good reports as well?

No, opens on the half hour, 20 past and 10 to (but it might be the other way round!). Tend to listen as we are thinking of leaving Q'borough or Harty Ferry and by the time we get near the bridge know whether to put on (?speed up) the engine or enjoy a few minutes sailing at winkles' pace.
