Sorry, superstructure badly hand painted now striped back to original gelcote
Windows cabin windows removed striped and put back together on the kitchen table,
Turbos had it brand new ones sourced , Brand new old stock exhaust manifolds,
New skin fittings new sea cocks , rotten core front deck currently being repaired from inside new core arround winch and front cleats , props balanced and tidied up at castle marine. Both prop shafts bent , had these professionally straightened, doing as much as I can to get a good survey and make safe boat then it will will be finished in the water

All boats have at least an A4 list of things that "need"doing. You cross them off and 2 more get put on.
Learn to live with it.

Get a second job and pay someone to do it.
If that will take too long sell for whatever you can get and buy a boat ,however small, that you can actually sail right now.
Life is too short for large restorations that you are not enjoying

Prob being , anyone who is good enough to be trusted to do a good job is very expensive

Break the restoration down into a number of smaller jobs and focus on one at a time. Sometimes the big picture can be overwhelming which is guaranteed to demotivate. Attack it in bite sized chunks and celebrate every small victory.

Of course there is another way to stay motivated with a project such as this. Keep bearing in mind if you stop you might find your investment may fall in to negative equity. Its fundamental, well should be to any successful project that on completion your investment is worth all you have put in to it and indeed hopefully a little more.
