Getting back from Fiji

I appreciate this is a bit of a long shot but........

I want to fly back to the UK from Fiji but it seems that Fiji is not on the list of eligible vaccination countries. Not quite sure why as its all astrazenica and comes from Australia, but there we are. The govt website doesn't explain what to do in these circumstances, so is there any way round this without having to do 10 days quarantine? I'm only planning on coming back for a couple of weeks. I'm a UK passport holder and fully vaccinated

The Govt website indicates that if your vaccine is not on the approved list, you must follow the unvaccinated rules, which means 10 days quarantine at your home or the place you are staying, plus tests.
There doesn't seem to be a way round it.
