Pip has announced that Medallia Inc. have renewed their sponsorship for the 2024 Vendée Globe campaign, and that she has been able to buy Bureau Vallée II , the 2016 foiling boat that Louis Burton sailed to 3rd place in this year's event.
I'm thrilled for her; Pip totally deserves this. She did a fantastic job with the old Superbigou, showing the world what she is made of, and what she can do. With a more modern, competitive boat, plenty of time and the funds to prepare her campaign, she has a great chance of a podium finish next time.
