Can anyone suggest an all-states-of-tide short stay/pick-up pontoon anywhere in Falmouth/St.Mawes/Carrick Roads where we might embark a person less physically able to get in and out of a tender? We'd need 2m water minimum. Asking for short stay etc. rather than marina berth as we're anticipating places being rammed/rafting etc.
Thanks in advance.

The slip at Mylor YH by the church is / was a public slip and there is a pontoon on the left but pay to park, Falmouth Yacht Haven used to do short parking, the slip down near Trago, Flushing yacht club has a floating pontoon, quay at Flushing high tide, contact the restaurant, Falmouth Boat Co, Pandora Inn.

Mylor do short stay berthing on the visitors (eastern) pontoon. About £7. I've used it several times to embark bigger groups of family/friends.

I'd have thought Falmouth Haven would be ideal.
FH is TT's current home. It is ideal for this sort of thing BUT make sure your party knows that they will need to pay for parking on the quay if they stay for more than 15 -20 minutes. It is rigorously enforced (at the moment they charge £5 for 4 hrs and £8 for 24hrs. Pay at the marina shed or phone the FH up. That will be in addition to the (short term) berthing fee
