Science? Tee hee.
Oh grow up, there’s been tons of research on this and if you feel qualified to critique then do your own study. The facts are that the structure is basically the same. So memory, emotions , processing etc pertaining to the various bits of the brain have all been scientifically investigated. If you want to be treated seriously then provide a scientific study that shows significant differences in structure.

You said identical. Are you changing the scientific facts as you go along? Stop digging!

So Jimi’s point is substantively correct, but we’re splitting hairs over the word identical!
?
The guy needs a lesson is english comprehension!

If we take a MRI of a dog brain that shows that even though it is smaller than the human brain, all of the same basic structures are present.

Some people would call that an identical structure. Others would say the structure is basically the same. There's SFA difference between the meanings of the statements.

I'm at a loss as to what point the guy is trying to prove, perhaps he's one of these religious fundamentalists who believe man is made in the image of god and therefore must be significantly different to all the other creatures he created?

As the saying goes,
“The world is full of people who have never, since childhood, met an open doorway with an open mind.”

And scepticism is the basis of all knowledge. Without it, you believe idiots.

" The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.” " :)
Terry Pratchett,

................... more seriously does the preference for certain type of dog infer what sort of anchor can be found on their boat ?
This does not apply to MoBo owners, it was there when they bought the boat, still not quite sure what its for or how it works.

We’ve got two springer spaniels and three anchors. A cqr on the bow , whopping big fortress in lazarette and fisherman’s in the garage:) I suppose some would say the cqr is like Hattie, likes mud and bounces around, the fortress is like jack, obstinate and a right bugger to move when feeling obstinate. I’m the fisherman’s likes rock, clings on for dear life and often fails completely?

I've got 2 Spades which are the dogs bollocks!

Sadly, the Brittany's bark is worse than its bite, so it's now relaxing in the garden.
