Dekpa during Covid ?

I am sailing since 25 May. Last year I needed a Dekpa stamp and got one. The lady in charge was very pleased I had paid the new tax.

So in a few days I need a new stamp. I have paid the tax for this year, and I wonder, do I have to get into those offices full of people without masks and risk my frail old lungs to get a stupid stamp ?

DEKPA no longer exists, was abolished earlier in the year. If you have paid TEPAI on-line no need to go anywhere.
