i have got a postcard sized photo of the esk on my wall to remind of the time she very nearly ran me down when coming to anchor in the solent----i was trawling and had to let my net go----surprising how wide she looked when when you are trying to escape her bows-----went and complained to the pilots afterwards to try and work out who was in the right or wrong----there was some very evasive looks----someone dropped a b-llock and it wasn t me-----regards lenten

Don't know how old your photo is but it was between September to December 1974 when I was on board.
