I was on the Twitter feed, I think the underlying issue is that some of these are now over 40 years old, many approaching 50! a bit like classic cars, no matter how well they are maintained, they do sometimes go pop.
That said I have no idea how this one started but it serves as yet another reminder to be extra vigilant / safety conscious when operating and running a 40-year-old highly flammable floating caravan with two highly flammable liquids on the board and several sources of ignition!
