Bildge pump hurley signet

Hi all ..may sound like a stupid question but I have a hurley signet 20ft bildge keel I have been looking for the bildge pump but can't find one also the only holes in the cockpit to drain out are connected to the seacocks ...probably not a good idea to open these whilst out sailing ...where should the bildge pump be located if I fit one ...also been told
it doesn't need one (thought all boats had 1 or 2 )

Yes they should be open as they allow the cockpit to drain,they should be crossed over though,maybe you don’t have a bilge pump.A small diaphragm pump bolted interior of cockpit locker with out going end over side via a just below deck level simple gland,the bilge end should be in the lowest point,sometimes on theses little boats there is no deep sump
