Any idea what boat this is?

Saw the above boat when walking the dock. Really liked the look of it. It’s about 40 feet. Anyone recognize the make / model?

Guy deBoer ran aground in the golden globe race in his tashiba 36. It was bounced quite hard across the rocks, ending high up on the beach.
It was recovered by crane and is being repaired.
I wanted to know what his immensly tough boat looked like . Was surprised to see it looks like a Hans Christian ?"
After more googling I discovered there are nine "brands" that look identical .
The interiors differ but you can see they share the same materials and design.
The interiors of these boats are beautiful.

Hans Christian - that’s the one. Stunning boat I think. Did a little research and was sad to see they are no longer in production. Thanks for the help everyone

Here are some HC 38's for sale - they were built around 40 years ago, and have asking prices between US$ 80 - 100,000.

A new one today would probably cost at least US$500,000, if not much more.

If you'd seen the full extent of the damage I don't reckon it's as tough as you might think. If an insurer was paying I think it would be TCL
