Dear Mr Bristow,

With regard to your observations, concerning the above and the
restrictions to navigation. I can inform you that this matter has been
on going for some time, we are in discussions with the owners of the
land, Monkey Island Hotel, with the object of getting them to remove not
only the fallen trees, but also those that are in danger of doing so.

Our Operations Delivery Team, inform me they have been out and
marked the trees that require removal. The hotel had tree surgeons in
to estimate the costs, and we are hopeful of this work being done
shortly. There may be some delay, as the hotel's owners need to agree
the cost and they are a far eastern company and it seems to take time to
get a response.

We will continue to monitor the situation and bring pressure to
bear to get this work done.
