I want to raise the deck on my colvic northener cabin by about100mm as getting fed up denting my head.
Has anyone done this successfully and if so any advice please

If you mean the deck on the bow to create more height down below, as opposed to the wheelhouse, then my initial thoughts are that it would be a big job requiring specialist skills, so expensive (probably disproportionate to the value of the boat) and it would adversely affect the lines of the boat and possibly stability.

Wheelhouse might be a different proposition and potentially doable but would still require the right skills.

Have you thought about lowering the floor ?
This is a serious suggestion. For a start, you have none of the structural or waterproof problem and you won’t change the lines.
Secondly, the floor area of a cabin is actually tiny, when you consider the bed and wardrobe etc taking up most of the room
