I've just this morning finished reading A Year at Sea by Matt Hughes (user mattonthesea on here).

It was terrific - a ,dare I say, normal bloke taking a year out to do the extraordinary and complete a solo lap of the Atlantic. Really well written and makes the camaraderie and brothership of fellow cruisers really shine through.

It gives me hope that there is still time too for me to take on such an epic adventure!

Very enjoyable and well worth a read.
