Marinas and boat yards have to submit visitors details but I don't know to which department.

Until it’s recent demise, visitors details were collected by the marinas/boatyards and provided to SEF on demand.

Following the demise of SEF, I assume the same arrangement exists with SEA.

SEF/SEA = Immigration. In the case of Bruce's yard, they have to submit visitors details weekly - passports, registration & insurance.

The form that this thread is about is for your personal entry into the country. It has nothing to do with any assets you might have in the country if you are not there yourself.

The SEF form on arrival by air is only needed if second vaccination was received less than 14 days ago. It was scrutinised when we arrived this evening, they also wanted to see proof of vaccinations and dates (card issued by vaccination centre was acceptable) along with pcr or lat flow test result and passenger locator form.
