Suzuki and Yamaha do 100:1 up to 30hp. 50:1 is the ratio for Mercury Mariner

However the OP said his OB was rebuilt. Depending on the rebuild he may want to rebed the engine on a mix of 25:1 for 4 - 8 hours and change plugs after he's done. They will foul.
Hey, just In the process of buying a boat and will likely be going for bilge keel. Do you ever wish you had a different keel?

enjoy your trip
Best keel might be a lIfting keel on a southerly 47 or suchlike if budget permits

The Folly Inn is most definitely open. On this Friday night the pontoons are not so busy. Alongside berths were available until gone 5pm. No need to book. The friendly harbour master says he never turns boats away. Payment was by cash only and prices remain very reasonable. You are asked to raft, if rafting is necessary, nose to tail.

The Folly Inn has gone out of its way to provide a very COVID-sensitive environment. You are greeted at the entrance and shown to your table via a one way route. Alternate tables are out of service to maintain distancing. The attentive and friendly staff are wearing visors. Tables are wiped down between guests. You are recommended to use the Greene King app (like Spoons app) to further reduce risk. We had a booking but the Folly seemed to be much quieter than expected.

Disaster! News reports refer to hot weather and happy beach goers. Alas, on the island the thick cloud is on the ground and the wind is howling. My crew are feeling damp and chilly. It is bizarre on what is a day of record setting heat on the mainland.

It was like that in Weymouth yesterday evening too. Fine during the day though.

Mid passage from Chichester discussion lead to a change of plan ....to Beaulieu river for Friday night ........with Cowes/Folly / for Saturday. As has been noted, Friday afternoon really kicked up. So after a peaceful picnic and warm swim west of Ryde we headed further west. After Cowes we were static as regards VMG. Ended up dropping all sail and trying to motor into wind and tide. We were lucky to be making 2 knots, we had 26 knots on the nose at times. I suggested back to Cowes would be the sailor's decision but this was rebutted and we made it. Glad we did, upriver was gorgeous. And we warmed up!
Saturday we did go up the Medina which was interesting but decided to head back east with wind and tide (and avoid an early morning departure). Amazed by the number of boats and pontoons in the Medina. Picked up the last swinging mooring for a cuppa beyond the pontoons at low tide, but didn't fancy staying the night due to the breeze. Another time.....

Just looked at Bramblemet, which confirms it did blow up to a force 6 for a while on Friday. I didn't see that forecast. .... more seduced by "hottest day of the year" headline forecast!
