Guidelines for viewing of yachts has been issued by the Association of Brokers and Yacht Agents.
“Brokers are advised to allow 72 hours between viewings, giving any pathogens time to die; they are also advised not to accompany clients on the viewing. The broker will open the boat up and close it afterwards.” Full details:

I wish I had a brokerage filled with cheap family sized cruisers, there are a lot of families looking for a UK based holiday.

This is true, but how many of them want to sail? How many can? And how many will feel they have the money if they are "furloughed"? Or worse? You may well be right of course. It will be interesting to see what happens in the next 6 weeks. Will brokers be buying new BMWs? Someone here will tell us.
