I’ve been using one of these for a while and although I can’t say how accurate it really is it seems to be good enough.
I test each of my house batteries separately.
Here is a set of injector tips part no DLLA150P65 for Volvo Penta 2001,2002 and 2003 (may suit others but I don’t know).
I ordered these as I couldn’t find genuine Bosch ones, although I later did, so these are no longer required.
Free for the price of the postage, say £3.00.
After changing the head gasket, getting the injectors serviced and giving it a bit of tlc and rebuilding the water pump it runs once more!
Thanks to all those who offered tips and advice. Will give it a sea trial this weekend and see how she fares. 🤞

Now the head is off for the head gasket and the injectors are out, I want to take the opportunity to replace the injector sleeves and get the injectors ‘serviced’.
Any suggestions for source of sleeves and tools?

It all looked pretty mucky around cylinder 2 but no other damage.
Got home and stripped the head and gave it a quick clean. The injectors came out easier than expected, just a little wiggle tho the Kroil may have helped. The valve seats don’t look too bad, lot of carbon to clean up and a little...
