Hi I have a 40w solar panel that has worked fine for a number of years (c5yrs) but recently the regulator indicates 'over voltage' and blows the inline fuse. I have changed the regulator but the problem remains. I would be grateful for any advice on the next steps. Thanks

Can anyone please give me some guidance on adjusting the carburettor and/or idle screw on a Mariner 3.3hp outboard. I have cleaned and ajusted the spark plug gap but I am still having problems starting the engine and the revs die if I increase the throttle. Thanks in anticipation
