AT 1st glance it seems a very simple problem to solve, but (as you know fine) looking into the detail involved, adds a lot of 'stuff'.
My initial thought is to add the front brake mechanism from a bicycle, and clamping it to the choke mechanism externally with a bit of 'rigging'? As you say, a...
I believed that lightning travels from the surface upwards, towards the atmosphere/clouds, and not down. However this NOAA doc gives better info on it.
Searched and searched before arriving upon this PDF, which is for the BF2, not BF2.3, but should help me enough with this issue. With shame, I must admit that although the engine runs perfectly, ticks over great and starts 3rd pull everytime whether hot or cold, has had much fresh oil after each...
As the title suggests. I'm looking for an actual procedure for this very simple act. I've adjusted tappets on dozens of engines over the years, but am slightly concerned about this one, as there's no clear path (that I can see) onto the head. I'm looking for the procedure beyond taking the cover...
I use a 2.3hp Honda.
It's pushed my Folkboat across the Pentland Firth quite a number of times.
This year it's pushed my GK24 90% of the way from Largs to Inverness.
It's pushed a lot more than 2 people in a tender.
It is easily lifted and weighs 13 kgs with fuel.
I realise that there might be dozen's of versions of the Tohatsu, but ot access the spark plug on mine there's a small 'snap-on' access cover. No screwdriver required.
The 3.3 is shown as being 13kgs, which is quite light and I can't see the 2hp being significantly heavier.
The displacement of the 2hp is shown as 73cc.
I actually reckon that hte circumnavigation of the North, the Caley and all places North would make a very good season of cruising for anyone. I was through the Caley last week and was astounded by the beauty of Loch Oich in particular; and I've seen it quite a few times before.
Oh, you've never found a pretty one, that's all. If one's patient, they can have there own allure......... ;) 🥃
The Scalpay restaurant served me the finest food that I've ever eaten anywhere in the World. I've never had a better dining experience, having had in the region of 24,000 'meals...
